These terms govern the QuickBooks Online integration (“the Integration”) operated by 40Two Group Inc. (“40Two”). The Integration is an internal tool that connects to 40Two’s own QuickBooks Online company. It is not offered to the public, and no third party is granted a right to use it.
Authorized use
The Integration may be used only by 40Two staff whom 40Two has authorized, for 40Two’s internal financial reporting and analysis. Users must sign in with a 40Two-issued account and must not share their credentials or attempt to access data beyond what their role requires.
Data
Data retrieved through the Integration remains the property of 40Two and is subject to the QuickBooks Integration Privacy Policy. Use of QuickBooks Online itself remains subject to Intuit’s terms of service.
Availability and changes
The Integration is provided “as is” for internal use. 40Two may modify, suspend, or discontinue it, or revoke any user’s access, at any time without notice.
